Cinepolis is one of the most famous cinemas in the country and can be found in several of the major cities:
Cinépolis Lincoln and VIP Lincoln: Located in the Lincoln Mall in the city of Moravia in San Jose
Cinépolis Paseo de las Flores: Located in Paseo de Las Flores Mall in the city of Heredia
Cinépolis Terramall: Located in Terramal Autop. Florencio del Castillo in the city of Cartago

Seniors ₡2,600
For VIP cinema tickets, the price for everyone is ₡6,800.

This is the second largest cinema chain in Costa Rica, with screens in the following locations:
Cinemark CityMall: Located in CityMall, Alajuela
Cinemark Multiplaza Curridabat: Located in Multiplaza Curridabat, Curridabat, San Jose
Cinemark Multiplaza Escazu: Located in Multiplaza Escazu, Escazu, San Jose

This one is one of the oldest cinema companies, with just two locations:

Cine Magaly
This is a smaller and less visited cinema, but it is still a good option if you happen to be in La California, San Jose, and fancy watching a movie.
